As an Insider club member, I am committing to receive wine club shipments from The Walls Vineyards for a minimum of one year. Should you decide to cancel before one year, a $50 early cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. I certify that the member/recipient of the Insider club is at least 21 years of age. Credit cards will be billed prior to the shipment of wine. Members are responsible for notifying The Walls of credit card and address changes prior to shipment. All shipments require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Wine not picked up within 2 months of release will be shipped to the address on file at the club member’s expense. The Walls is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments.

I just signed up for the wine club! How do I log into my account?
Welcome to the Inside! We’re so glad you’re here. You can log-in to your account here, or at the top right of the screen anytime you’re on our website. Having trouble? Email members@thewallsvineyards.com and we’ll set you up with a new password.
Which wines are in your current wine club release?
We typically release our Rhône expressions in the Fall (Mahana, Gaspard, The Ramparts) and the Bordeaux expressions in the Spring (Curiositas, Bellamy, Wonderful Nightmare Tempranillo), however you can always customize your order. We want to make sure your club shipments include your favorites!
How do I select the local pickup option for the current release?
We love hosting you in Walla Walla, but if a visit to the winery isn’t in your cards, we host regional pick-up parties in Spokane, Seattle, and Portland. Once the club orders are created, you can opt to pick-up your wines at one of the above cities logging into your account and navigating to the “Club Membership” tab, clicking the “Change” button in the Shipping Address Section, select “Change to Pick-Up,” and then select from the menu your city of choice. If you have questions, just give us a call at (509) 876 0200, and we can help!
How do I update billing or shipping information for my club membership?
Start by logging in to your account here, and navigate to the “Club Membership” tab. From there, head to the Payment Method section and select “Change.” You’ll be able to see the payment methods you have saved, and you can then select the option “Add New Card” to update. You can also update your Shipping Address under the Club Membership tab.
How do I select which wines are in my wine club shipment?
We allow Insiders two weeks to customize their order before we ship them out. All you have to do is log-in to your account, navigate to the Club Membership tab, and you’ll see standard selection. You can then click the “Edit Shipment” button, and choose from the available wines to customize your order.
If you plan on picking up your order at one of our parties, or at the winery, you can always make a last minute change then, too.

How do I change my membership level?
Looking to increase or decrease the number of bottles in your shipment? Just let us know at members@thewallsvineyards.com, and we’ll adjust your membership tier!
How do I place my membership on hold or cancel?
If you need a break from the bi-annual shipments, but want to keep in the low about Insider savings and events, we’re happy to either skip a shipment or put your membership on hold for up to a calendar year. Email members@thewallsvineyards.com to request a hold or skip. You’ll be able to retain your benefits, but won’t be committed to a Spring or Fall shipment.
While we hate to see you go, we understand that sometimes canceling your membership is necessary. If you have received the minimum shipments, just reach out to inquire about cancelling.
How can I purchase wine club exclusive bottles?
Whenever we make a super limited amount of wine, we always give Insiders first or exclusive access. Just log-in to your account before shopping online, and you’ll magically be able to add any “Wine Club Exclusive” bottles to your cart.
How much does the wine club cost?
Nothing at all! There is no membership fee associated with our Insider Wine Club, we just ask that you remain in the club for at least a calendar year and receive a minimum of two shipments, otherwise there is a $50 early cancellation fee.
How do I gift a wine club membership?
